Men’s Jewelry Sizing
Shopping for handmade jewelry for men online can be difficult if you don't know what size to order. You may think determining your jewelry size is tricky, but it's actually pretty simple and straightforward. You can do it at home in just a few minutes — all you need to get started is a measuring tape.
To measure your wrist, wrap your measuring tape around your wrist. Make sure it's snug but not too tight. Once you determine your wrist size, add half an inch if you're looking for a bracelet with a snug fit or one inch for a looser fit. Repeat this process to measure your neck to determine your necklace size as well.
Our necklaces come in four sizes, ranging from 16" to 19". Meanwhile, our bracelets are available in three sizes: 6.5", 7”, 7.5", and 8". If you are between sizes, we recommend going with the larger size to ensure a comfortable fit.

After rescuing a young pup from a shelter where it was set to be euthanized, Tish knew she wanted her business to make a difference. So she set out with the goal of helping rescue as many shelter animals as possible.
At Cloud Haven, the mission to save animals is at the core of everything we do. From spreading awareness about adoption to partnering with shelters to create unique collections, we dream of every shelter animal finding their perfect home. That's why a portion of every purchase goes toward helping animals in shelters find their forever homes.
We actively look for shelter animals at risk of being euthanized and partner with local rescues to provide the funds necessary to rescue the animal. This not only gives the animal the loving home it deserves, but it also makes room in the shelter or rescue for another homeless animal.

We use a variety of beads in our bracelet and necklace designs, including 14k gold-filled beads, pearls, and glass beads. Glass beads may sound fragile, but they're actually incredibly durable. They are known for their long-lasting luster and are resistant to fading, cracking, and scratching. Glass beads also reflect light beautifully, creating a stunning, captivating visual effect. This is why they look just as good in a gradient pattern as they do in a random assortment.
Glass beads are environmentally friendly, as they are made from natural materials and are 100% recyclable. Unlike plastic beads, glass beads do not harm the environment or release harmful toxins. We also use handcrafted beads carved and painted by skilled artisans to give each design an added depth of character.
Can I Return My Purchase?
Most people fall in love with their Cloud Haven pieces immediately. But if you're not happy with your purchase, we will provide a full refund for any unworn and unused items sent back to Cloud Haven in their original packaging within 30 days of their original receipt.
We provide free domestic return shipping for all eligible returns and make the return process as smooth as possible. In the rare and unfortunate event your jewelry arrives damaged, we will work with you to resolve the issue. If you need to initiate a return, just send us an email, and we'll send you a prepaid shipping label.
How Should I Take Care of My Jewelry?
Cloud Haven handmade jewelry isn't hard to care for, but you should always handle your pieces carefully. When you're not wearing the jewelry, we recommend storing it in its original packaging or an airtight container. Additionally, you should avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals, water, or perfumes.
Each piece of jewelry comes with a jewelry polishing cloth that should be used to gently wipe down the jewelry to keep it looking its best.
